It's a white male approximately between 45 and 50 
Offence Description:
I was coming of braam pretorius road onto the m5 steve biko road slipway from north to south over the mountain. i was on my way up the mountain and there was n gray taxi on my right far enough for me to take the gap infront of him. put my indicator on and passed indront of him. when the guy with his hilux came from behind the taxi on the right hand side with little to no space left passed the taxi and then passed me almost driving into me. i hooted for the hilux guy because he was driving so reckless and then he break checked me. i had to break so hard that the things in my car fell over and the taxi behind me at to swerve out other wise he would have bumped my car from behind. the hilux guy then sped up and drove away over the mountain. i followed the guy over the mountain and saw him on the other side and went into the left lane, traumatized i rolled down my window and asked him why he was driving like that and all he said was "because i can" that was his words and his teenager son was sitting next to him. so just because he drives a bakkie he thinks he can drive like he wants and this is unacceptable.
