Drive is a white male who loves to pull rude signs with his hands out the window. and swears loudly at the top of his voice and shouts!! 
Offence Description:
He drives up behind you flashes his lights about 100 times drives right on your tail like millimetres away from the back of your car even if you can’t to change lanes he keeps flashing you. then when you let him pass he waits for you to get to 120 km/h and he does a deadlock slam on the brakes almost writing you off. he did this to me two days in a row. he is a reckless and aggressive road raged and should have his license confiscated!!
