Picture tells it all really. all on video too; shows this clown racing through a stop street and proceeding with his performance: first he tailgates cars then he races ahead to slam on brakes. when this gets boring he comes alongside waving his arms about before driving in middle of a 2 lane road then repeats. completely drunk or drugged he then does this to next car by cutting across 1 lane and 2 turning lanes. congratulations, now the internet knows just what a prat you are.
