Offence Description:
I was travelling at the speed of 90km from botshabelo to bloemfontein. the bus driver decided to over take my vehicle where there is a barrier line where the road is also steep and unable to see an incoming traffic due to the gradient. immediately when the bus driver was driving parallel to my vechicle, the on coming vehicles appeared from the steep road and he decided to drive in to my lane. i was forced to avoid the bus by driving in to a narrow yellow lane and applied a dead break as i was about to knock the roadside barriers. inconclusion, the driver recklessly overtook where is it illegal to do so and almost caused a terrible accident on n8 of which it has left me with a traum as i was travelling with my kids
