I wish to stay anonymous, but it is my duty to report
unsafe and dangerous driving while under the influence
of alcohol and narcotics, this vehicle is driven daily in
alberton area the driver is male and has a female
occupant. i followed them into the parking lot as we
where heading into the direction my wife and son
excited the car to do shopping, i was sitting in my
vehicle waiting when the female opened a bottle alcohol
and was clearly was under the influence already, the
male went into a shop to buy more cigarettes and
alcohol he was uneasy on his feet and was intoxicated.
where this happened is a heavy loaded pedestrian and
vehicle area. |
