A fool who has no respect for his employers property or name, or for the people who he is recklessly endangering. get him off the road. 
Offence Description:
Tanker truck leaving designated lane to pass other trucks at over 100 km/h. i was not catching him at an indicated 110 km/h. this in a high accident zone. had to do harsh braking for a mandated truck stop/arrestor bed on the freeway. sadly this is not an isolated incident. very little police visibility.
