Offence Description:
The offence took place on n1 south freeway between segako mokgatho and stormvoel turnoffs. driver of the golf overtook a vehicle that was travelling in the right hand lane of the freeway, and he then proceeded to turn in front of him in the right hand fastlane and then slammed on his brakes causing the vehicle behind him to brake to avoid hitting him. the driver in the golf clearly did this purposely as i think he was angry because the driver did not move over from the fast/right hand lane quick enough to allow him to pass by. this was totally reckless and nearly caused an accident. the driver of the golf needs to be seriously reprimanded
