Offence Description:
Deliberately speeding up and drove right up to the rear of my vehicle flashing lights as if he i had cut him off when he was doing nowhere close to 80km in the fast lane, then his wife had the audacity to dig out her cellphone to take pictures of my car. my wife was unfortunately too slow to get her cellphone out to take pictures of them as they passed us. i had my two toddlers in the ir carseats and was not in a state of mind to do anything stupid.
