This guy should have his licence revoked and his car impounded. the road splits just before the traffic light into a separate right turning only lane. this impatient fool cuts across a painted island to get into the right turning lane and then turns left cutting across the left lane, blatantly running a red light as well. i expect this kind of poor judgement from taxis and expensive suv drivers; this guy is obviously no better. the more they get away with risky stuff like this, the more they are inclined to take stupid risks in the future and cause accidents.
