Driver swerving between lanes during peak times. cut me off horribly , if i did not hit dead brakes, i would have driven in to him. its almost as if he wanted me to knock him to get cash out of me. when i hooted he started swearing at me and getting aggresive. tried to intimidate me by pointing fingers as if he wants to take out a gun. car does not look road worthy as well.
