Offence Description:
This man has committed several offences at the matter of minutes. 1. he did not give right of way to me when i came to a stop sign first , stopped , observed and crossed, while i was crossing this man ignored his stop sign at our 4 way stop and he continued almost hitting my car and another one in front of me. 2. the man was driving without paying attention to the law to the road or anyone else on the road as he was on his cellphone. 3. he committed a racist act by telling me " **** off out of my country all you white people" when i pressed my hooter and stopped at a shop i was going to.
