Black man. only saw an arm as i was two cars behind the incident. 
Offence Description:
Road past golf course narrows down from 2 lanes to 1 when going past the the area where pedestrians cross the road. kia and vw were both in a lane, and when road narrowed is kept trying to push vw into oncoming traffic even though vw was ahead. kia was eventually behind vw and sat on the vw as they went around the circle and over the speedbumps. the kia also kept trying to overtake (in a single lane with oncoming traffic) and kept driving aggressively on to vw. when the road widened, the kia overtook the vw and then forced them onto the side of the road into the path of an informal recyclist. the driver then had his arm out the window and kept gesturing to the vw. the vw then turned off. kia then carried on driving towards greenside and travelled at more than 80km/h in a 60km/h zone.
