Tailgating me while i'm waiting behind another 2 cars for the front one to pass a truck and then trying to undertake me but when it failed he switched on his high beams and continued to tailgate me while i was stuck behind another driver, then when i respond to lightly tapping the brakes to signal that he is not keeping a safe following distance proceeds to rapidly flash his high beams and finally after being able to pull over to the left speeds by at what i assume must be 160km/h and then a 300m later goes onto the stellenbosch offramp, why all the speeding
