Very rude and aggressive white man with cigarette hanging from his mouth corner 
Offence Description:
I turned right in to rooihuiskraal road from samrand. the two lanes of rooihuiskraal road merge in to one at this point, i was busy merging with the right hand lane when this guy came speeding from behind pushing me out of the way almost hitting my driver side mirror in the process. i hooted at him and he put his arm out the window and showed me rude signs. he proceeded to speed down rooihuiskraal road and turned left in to waterberg road illegally overtaking the row at cars waiting to turn left in to waterberg in the left lane at the traffic light (he cut in front of about 4 cars by way of turning left in a lane that he is only allowed to go straight in)
