Offence Description:
He broke at least 4 road rules while crossing from bordeaux north into bordeaux south. when i didn't let him in front of me (i didn't know he was even taking off until i was passing him) he started to tailgate me and flash his lights at me. at the next traffic light, when i couldn't get away, he blocked other traffic to threaten, intimidate and shout profanities at me. i had my 2 kids in the car. what a big, brave man he is to threaten violence to a mother and children.
