Male coloured, drives with high beams and very dangerous following distance flashin lights, though im following speed limit then shoots pass only to spitefully slam the breaks then speed off he did this with several other road users as well but i managed to click a pick with my dash cam. also saw him(the driver) having a long wooden stick pointed out screaming & swearing at other drivers that he will hit their cars. taxi has branded signage of paul ruiters and is marked on back window a16 registration no cy 181-581. very violent tendencies and dangerous driving
