black male of about 30 or so years. 
Offence Description:
I got off n12 highway using kliprivier off ramp. because of traffic pileup, i could not get onto the left lane so that i can turn right into columbine. on spotting sufficient gap, i changed into the right lane but the driver of the golf was so incensed although i did not cut in front of him at all. after turning into columbine road he started overtaking and abruptly stopping in front of me to block my way. this happened for several occasions until i decided to take a photo of his car. he was clearly looking for a fight. sooner or later he will get himself killed. i have never seen such idiotic behavior.
