Offence Description:
Im turning left to ge onto the main road then to turn right again. so i indicate left and its safe for me to go. then this guy who's driving in the main road pulls up so close to me that i cant even see his number plate , he hoots at me like crazy. at this point i was in the main road indicating right and waiting for it to be safe to turn. he then wants to over take me as im turning and then he follows me for approximately 2km! like what the hell !
