She didn't stop at a stop street and therefore almost ran over an elderly man, if he didn't manage to get out the way he could've been seriously injured. when we eventually got the chance to drive past her again we saw that she was busy on her phone while driving. so three strikes for this one, 1) not stopping at a stop street 2) almost running someone over and 3) on her phone while driving
