Taxi speeding between etwatwa and kingsway offramps. proceeded to exceed speed limit for taxis of 100. he was behind me in the over taking lane and i moved over into the left lane and dropped speed to about 110. if he overtook me and increased the distance between us rapidly then he was over 100, as specified at the back of the taxi as a maximum. proceeded towards benoni on n12, seems to be a common user at that time period. please keep an eye out. had passengers in the taxi.
