The driver of the vehicle decided not to stop at a red traffic light. my daughter and i was crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing and he politely decided not to stop but rather skip the red traffic light only to double park infront of the park inn hotel if we were walking a little faster we both would have been seriously injured or dead! he most definitely belong on wall of shame and not on our roads!!!!
