White vw golf, unfortunately the registration number is not clear on the photo. 
Offence Description:
As i was waiting in hof street (to turn right into camp street) for the red light to turn green, the vw came up very fast from behind, illegally overtook me and jumped the red light which turned green only while the vw was in the centre of the crossing. if traffic in camp street had crossed during the orange light, a horrible accident would have occurred.
